Crime: Larceny, Credit Card Fraud 2024038683

7/21/24, 2400 block Atlantic Ave., all 7-Elevens.  At 2:30 a.m. and early morning, the pictured suspect used the victim’s credit card to purchase Newport cigarettes from 3 different 7-Elevens at the Oceanfront.  He went to 1010 Pacific, 3900 Atlantic, and 745 Virginia Beach Blvd. locations.  The victim’s wallet was possibly taken at the Kilwins Candy Shop, 2400 Atlantic Ave.  Suspect is possibly a “homeless” oceanfront regular and riding a bicycle.
