Crime: Larceny – Credit Card Fraud 2024049936

9/24/24, T.J. Maxx, 2356 VBB Blvd.  The victim was shopping when a Hispanic male approached her in the cosmetics aisle and began a conversation about face cream. He was insistent, and as they spoke, another suspect took her wallet out of her purse from her unattended cart while she was distracted. A third suspect was the lookout and assisted in taking her credit cards from the wallet. The three suspects then began a shopping spree to include: JC Penney, Target, and Kohl’s in the Pembroke Mall area. The fraud amount is about $10,000 so far.  No vehicle was seen at the time of the theft. They are possible repeat offenders at this location.
