Crime: Larceny / Credit Card Fraud 2026024193

5/10/26, sometime between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., 3900 block of Atlantic Avenue – The victim’s bag containing a wallet was stolen.  A credit card from the wallet was later used at a vape shop on VBB.

Suspect: Black male, tan baseball hat, black long-sleeve shirt, blue undershirt, light-colored shorts, and tennis shoes.

Suspect Vehicle: Red Subaru with Virginia plates.
