Crime: Larceny / Fraud 2023053855

On 9/18/23 on First Colonial Road, the victim had her purse stolen from her desk at work. Suspect used victim’s Chartway bank card at her bank, withdrawing $1,000, and then used it at a Norfolk Wawa store.  Suspect is pictured at the bank using victim’s driver license to get money from the account.
