Crime: Larceny & Fraud 2025016794

On 4/10/25, the victim had her purse stolen from her vehicle on Amberly Rd. The victim was unaware of the theft until she received a fraud alert from her bank on 4/11/25 at approximately 2:30 p.m. Victim’s credit cards were used at JANAF ABC ( 5900 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk) and JANAF Walmart (1170 N. Military Hwy., Norfolk).

Suspect: B/M, 30 to 40 years old, medium build, short black hair, mustache, wearing a blue Nickelodeon “Hey Arnold!” puffy jacket, blue and grey plaid shirt with grey hood, dark pants, black backpack.
