On August 19, 2023, at Capitol Hill Lane, the pictured suspects were seen on neighborhood cameras going through unlocked motor vehicles at around 2:30 a.m. The male depicted in the black clothing was later seen using the victim’s credit card to purchase Swisher Sweets at 7-Eleven, 1088 W 26^th Street, Norfolk VA.
