Crime: Larceny from Vehicle 2025052101

On 10/16/25 – 3000 block of Virginia Beach Blvd.  At around 4:17 a.m., the pictured suspect was observed by surveillance looking into vehicles.  The suspect smashed the victim’s driver and rear windows and stole a debit card from inside the vehicle.

Suspect wearing a black hoodie, dark shorts, light sweatpants, dark-gloved, and noticeably different colored shoes, appears red and green.
