Larceny from Vehicle / Attempted Credit Card Fraud

6/27/25, Silverleaf Drive – The victim parked her 2019 Dodge in front of her child’s daycare. She exited the vehicle to take in her child and left her vehicle unlocked. She observed a B/M sitting in a white SUV-type vehicle next to her. He was already there when she had pulled into the parking space. When she returned to her vehicle, she noticed her Harry Potter wallet was missing from the vehicle and the B/M was gone. She began to get alerts on her phone from Capital One showing her stolen credit card was attempted to be used at Dollar General, 1920 Centerville Turnpike.

Suspect:  B/M, 30s, heavyset, wearing a gray hoodie, black shorts, and black sneakers.
