Crime: Larceny from Vehicle, Credit Card Fraud 2026002757

1/16/26, Dockside parking lot. Sometime during the day, the victim’s wallet was taken from the unlocked vehicle. At around 6:49 p.m., the victim began to receive fraud notifications.  The pictured suspect was seen on camera using the stolen cards at various locations, including Marshall’s, 7-Eleven, and ABC stores.
