10/2/23 The victim’s vehicle was broken into on 10/2/23 while parked at the Woodstock Park. Several items were taken. Shortly thereafter, one of the financial cards stolen from the victim’s vehicle was used at the Walmart on Military Highway (Norfolk) by the pictured male.
