1/27/24 at Providence Square Shopping Center ABC: Two black females entered the store and went to the tequila aisle.  Each female picked up a bottle of tequila and stood in line for a bit.  As one citizen was walking out of the store after his transaction, both females walked out of the store behind him without paying.
