Crime: Larceny / Shoplifting 2026004969

1/26/26, Target, First Colonial Rd. – the pictured suspect placed a quantity of children’s clothing items in his jacket and waistband, left without paying, and fled in the pictured vehicle.  The suspect is not the registered owner of the vehicle.

Suspect: B,M grey hoodie, blue mask, has “freckles” on the part of his face that can be seen.

Vehicle: Gold 2016 Cadillac SUV with Virginia tags.
