Crime: Malicious Wounding 2026005092

On 01/28/2026 at approximately 9:09 pm, a physical altercation began in the 200 block of 23^rd Street starting inside a restaurant. Suspect 1 and 2 both assaulted the victim, who sustained significant injuries to the face. It is believed both suspects frequent case location.

Suspect 1 Description: B/M, 20-35 years old, black pants, black sweatshirt, gray vest, black shoes, medium-length dreadlock style hair, known to wear the large gold necklace from the photo at all times.

Suspect 2 Description: B/M, 20-30 years old, white/black striped winter hat, black sweatshirt, khaki pants, black shoes. Left the scene in newer model black Mitsubishi Outlander, unknown tags, headed West on 200blk of 24^th Street.
