On 11/10/23 at Beach Ford, the pictured male stole the victim’s gray 2015 Ford Escape with Virginia license plate VYR3854 after it was dropped off for service. EZ pass is showing the vehicle going through the Downtown Tunnel at least three times a day since being stolen.
