Crime: Motor Vehicle Theft 2026008449

2/16/26, 400 block Newtown Rd. – Victim was delivering food, parked, and left engine running.  Victim went to get food, came out, and the vehicle was gone.  A video was obtained.  The vehicle was recovered in Norfolk.

Suspect: Male, thin, wearing grey hoodie, blue pants, and black/red sneakers.
