On 4/10/25 at 9:08 a.m., suspect entered Dollar General on Virginia Beach Blvd., went straight to the detergent aisle, and loaded up an estimated $500-$600 worth of various detergents into a cart.

Suspect: B/M, white Nike hat, black/yellow striped jacket, grey hoodie underneath, black athletic pants, black Nikeshoes, large stud earrings.
