Crime: Petit Larceny, Assault, Fraud (Innkeeper) 2025010401

3/6/25, 5700 Atlantic Ave., Surf Club Ocean Grille.  At around 8:20 p.m., the pictured female suspect ordered food and was unhappy once she received her order. She became upset with the wait staff and then proceeded to stand on the bar and assault the victim. Other parties became involved attempting to break up the fight. Of those attempting to break up the fight, one person dropped their phone. The female suspect then picked up the phone and left the restaurant with the pictured male suspect. 

Black female, 30 – 45 years of age, small build, long black braids.

The pictured male, who was with the female, became involved with breaking up the fight.  The male then left with the female without paying for the items they ordered. 

White male, 35-45 years old, medium build, 5’10 to 6’1.

They both left in a newer model, blue Toyota Camry with unknown Virginia tags.
