Crime: Porch Pirate 2024033445

6/24/24, 5000 block of Gunter St.  Suspect dropped his bicycle in the walkway, went to the porch, picked up the victim’s package, and then left on his bicycle.  He was wearing the same clothing, potentially related to a burglary/larceny from a prior incident, where a safe was stolen.  The suspect possibly lives in one of the military housing developments off of Shore Drive.
