Crime: Suspect Identified Sexual Battery / Simple Assault 2023065174

On 11/13/23, two females were out in front of Old Navy at Landstown Commons working a booth for a nature conservatory. The pictured male kept interacting with the two females, making rude comments towards them and telling them he was just released from prison for a DUI manslaughter. At one point, the male flicked a cigarette butt towards the two females and when he went to grab it, he grabbed the butt and breast of one of the victims. At a later time, he also grabbed the face of the other victim. Suspect made comments towards the two victims that he lives somewhere in the Landstown area.

Suspect: B/M, 40s-50s, 5’5-5’7, medium build, frequents the Landstown area, possibly lives around Landstown Commons.
