Crime Solvers Reward amount increased to $2000 cash upon identification and arrest of suspects.

On 7/7/23 at approximately 10:35 p.m., a suspect discharged a firearm into a residence in the 5100 block of Dandy Court in Virginia Beach. The resident was not injured, but several bullets exited the rear of the residence. A stray bullet traveled nearby to Babney Court and struck a toddler. At this time there are no suspects.
