Crime: Shoplifting 2023036709

On 6/15/23, at approximately 6:45 p.m., the pictured suspects entered Lowe’s on Virginia Beach Blvd., proceeded to steal  home electrical breakers by cutting the  secured locks, and then loaded the breakers into blue bags that they put into carts. The suspects then walked past all of points of sale without paying. The suspects then ran across the parking lot and left in a silver-colored SUV with an unknown tag.
