Crime: Shoplifting 2023050855

On 8/25/23, the pictured subject entered Lowe’s on Virginia Beach Blvd. and cut the cable securing the chainsaws. He placed a gas-powered chainsaw into his cart and left the store without paying for the merchandise.

Suspect: W/M, wearing a blue T-shirt, shorts, a red-and-white hat, and black-and-white tennis shoes. The subject carried a wooden walking cane.
