Crime: Shoplifting 2023070848

On 12/13/23 at Target, 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd., the pictured male went past all points of sale with Skullcandy headphones, was stopped by Target Assets Protection, and the item was recovered. The male suspect left in an older-model Ford SUV with a trailer attached. He was with the pictured female, and she arrived in a Honda Civic with PA tags. The female had a shopping cart of items; however, she abandoned the cart when the male suspect was stopped by Assets Protection.
