SUSPECT HAS A WARRANT

On 2/23/24, the pictured male suspect entered Home Depot on Virginia Beach Blvd. and placed a Delta faucet ($199 value) into a cart and then left the store. He was stopped by Loss Prevention outside and handed over the item but never identified himself. The suspect then left with another male in a silver Dodge pickup.
