7/18/24, Food Lion, 3208 Holland Road.  Pictured suspect stole over $200 worth of merchandise using reusable shopping bags that he also stole.

White male, 40-50 years old, 5’8″ – 5’10”, long sandy blond hair in pigtail, dirty blond goatee, wearing a mint and white striped shirt with a collar, worn baggy blue jeans, black van style shoes with white laces.
