10/16/24, Rack Room Shoes, 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd. Pictured suspect concealed two pairs of Nike shoes under his shirt. As he walked out, he was approached by the manager who asked him to pay for the shoes. Suspect left and got into a black Toyota Sedan with possible tag of 373204.
