SUSPECT IDENTIFIED WHILE SHIPLIFTING AGAIN.  PICKED UP AN ARRESTED

11/14/24, Target on Independence Blvd.  The pictured suspect left the store with a Starbucks cup and $210.16 worth of beauty products concealed in a reusable bag.

Suspect: White female, 5′ tall, about 40 years old, wearing glasses, white sweater, black pants, and brown boots.

Vehicle: Black Audi SUV with no front plate.
