2/16/26, Family Dollar, Newtown Rd. – The pictured male cut the security tags off items and concealed numerous other items in his backpack hidden inside his puffer jacket and then walked out without paying for anything. He is a repeat offender at this location.

Suspect: Black male, 20-30 years old, wearing a black hoodie with white lettering, black puffer jacket, blue and green pajama pants, and a white and black backpack.
