6/12/26, 4500 block Virginia Beach Blvd., retail store – Suspect male grabbed multiple men’s clothing items and shoes, then picked up women’s shoes, and exited the store without payment.

2026032116 On the same day this suspect came back into the store, stole more merchandise, almost $800 in two trips.
