Crime: Solicitation 2024041822

On 8/9/24, at 2nd Street & Boardwalk (public restroom) at approximately 2:40 p.m., the pictured individual was last seen walking out of the men’s restroom heading northbound on the boardwalk.  The suspect could be male or female.  The victim alleged that the suspect approached him while he was in the restroom and solicited a sexual act with a bribe of $10.
