On 8/4/19, two suspects entered Sports Alley on Atlantic Ave. and began stealing merchandise, hiding the items in the female’s large purse. The owner confronted the two suspects in the back of the store, at which time the male suspect got angry. An argument ensued and the male started to fight the store owners. The female took all the belongings she had and put them back on the shelf.
On 8/1/19, at the Hilltop Walmart, two suspects were acting suspiciously and Loss Prevention ask them to leave. One of the suspects, dressed in black and described as a male dressed as a female, grabbed 4 electric tooth brushes and left the store. The second female left with the suspect in the same vehicle, a 2003 white Buick Regal with Virginia tag. The vehicle tag comes back to a dealership in Newport News. The vehicle has a history of criminal activities throughout all surrounding areas with different suspects.
On 7/7/19, the victim was shopping in Food Lion on Virginia Beach Blvd. and had her purse in the shopping cart. When she went to pay, she discovered her wallet was missing. Management viewed the video which showed the pictured suspect taking the victim’s wallet from her open purse and then quickly walking out of the store.
On 8/2/19, the victim left his Amazon Kindle Fire in the play area of Lynnhaven Mall when he took his son to the restroom. When the victim returned, he found the Kindle Fire missing. Video surveillance of the play area revealed that the pictured female took the Kindle Fire when she left.
