Crime: Stolen Auto 2023048615

On 8/17/23 on Milissa Street, the pictured Hispanic male, along with 2 other individuals, arrived at the victim’s address to purchase his vehicle. They had responded to the victim’s advertisement on Facebook Marketplace for a 2021 BMW with license plate JU5ICE. Suspect agreed on a sales price of $ 85,000 and wrote the victim a check that would later be found to be a fake. The males left with the vehicle and then disabled the tracking device. The phone number and Facebook account were deactivated. The bank informed the victim that the check for $85,000 bounced and would contact police on August 23.  The suspects and stolen vehicle are shown.
