6/24/25 at 4:48 p.m., Kroger, 3330 VBB. The suspect is seen on camera walking around the shelves. He looked around and then placed his phone under the victim’s dress and took 3 to 4 pictures. Suspect fled the store after victim caught him. Possible suspect vehicle is pictured.
